C&W Belt Conveyor Dust Collector

Drawing on nearly 50 years of clean air engineering experience, C&W DustTech today announced the launch of its new Belt Conveyor Transfer Point Dry Dust Collection System , designed specifically to address this long-standing operational vulnerability. The new dust collector for critical conveyor transfer points is designed to operate as part of a fully engineered dust collection system, including properly specified filter media, ducting and related components. When implemented within a balanced system design, the collector captures dust at enclosed transfer points - improving air quality while reducing maintenance demands and unplanned downtime. These critical material handling locations include: Compression crusher discharge including jaw and cone crushers. Can be used with VSI and HIS impact crushers when paired with proper load zone design including stilling areas and dust curtains. Screen discharge points. Conveyor-to-conveyor transfer points.
