This patch secures a wearable device, such as a glucose monitor, to the patient. The demonstration highlights registered die cutting and placement of nonwoven and polyester materials, utilizing part placement with a bullnose design. Finished parts are collated and shingled on the outfeed convey and ready for packaging. A vision system ensures closed-loop feedback for die cutting accuracy and overall part dimension control.
