ACT ONE Cable Tube

Our ACTONE Cable tube is a single-layer, multi-filar, flexible shaft that can be customized to meet you performance requirements for flexibility, torque force, 1-1 torque response, stretch resistance, and pushability. Asahi Filmecc can do secondary processing to the ACTONE with sub-assembly of machined parts and hypotubes as well as add jacketing or extrusions to the shaft. The ACOTONE has various designs in the family like the Standard, Flat, Ultra-thin, Swaged, etc... The ACTONE OD range is 0.008" to 0.160"" and ID's up to 0.135"".
