OSS/OTS-Micro Feeders

Orbetron’s OSS/OTS Micro Feeders are built to handle both free-flowing and poor-flowing materials at very low rates. Their sanitary clamp feed hopper makes them perfect for applications that need quick material changes—just swap the hopper for a clean one. With their small footprint, the feeders are easy to remove for fast product changeovers, eliminating cleaning and reducing the risk of contamination. Options include a single screw feeder with horizontal agitator for free-flowing products and a twin screw feeder with a horizontal agitator for more challenging materials. They can be integrated with gravimetric or volumetric controls or used alone or as part of a multi-feeder production line.
