The ATLAS Gyratory Sifter is our biggest sifter yet, offering high-capacity screening in a low-maintenance, operator-friendly design. The horizontal, uniform gyratory motion of the ATLAS provides the highest performance per screen area available on the market, which means sharper separations, higher volume, exceptional screen cleaning, low dynamic force and unparalleled material spread-ability. Ideal for a wide range of industries including, but not limited to mining/mineral, chemical, food, plastics, and agriculture, the ATLAS is available in 33 versatile configurations with up to 12 screens, ranging from 32ft² (3m²) to 792ft² (73.5m²) of screening area. Engineered for maximum uptime and ease of use, each ATLAS model incorporates a lubricated for life drive system and basket hangers. Additionally, each ATLAS model integrates SWECO’s patented QuickChange™ technology, which allows for one-minute screen changes. The Round Separator is ideal for separating solids from liquids or segregating dry materials into various particle sizes. As many as four decks can be incorporated in one SWECO Separator for simultaneous classification into five fractions. Round separators are available in 18, 24, 30, 40, 48, 60 and 72-inch screen diameters. The newest generation separator from SWECO, the HX™ Round Separator, increases safety, improves clean-up and simplifies adjustments. The ProGlide™ Linear Weight System makes changing the settings simple as there is only one weight to move. The weights are moved radially to dial in the optimal horizontal/vertical amplitudes and force to improve the separator’s efficiency and throughput.
