ASM self-contained vacuum loader

Models with integrated vacuum blower on different material receiver with volume: 2, 10, 15 litres. | Developed for cases where simple removal of volatile compounds is not enough to ensure product quality suitable for recovered polymer use, while also reducing energy consumption and process times. It significantly reduces many solid or liquid pollutants that cannot be removed through hot air or vacuum extraction, due to the low volatility of their molecules. The complete process allows for obtaining recycled polymer that is closer in quality to virgin polymer compared to the deodorization process alone. Main Tech can test customers' various materials and optimize the process for specific pollutants , delivering high-quality output while minimizing plant operating costs . MAIN ADVANTAGES: MINIMAL AND STRAIGHTFORWARD MAINTENANCE Cycle time reduction up to 50% → dual stage (heating hopper + reactor), speeds up the process Higher energy efficiency and lower CO₂ emissions due to shorter cycles High granule quality , with reduced odor that also allows food uses Immediate post-extruder integration , no need for extra silos Modular and customizable solution , custom-designed for specific needs Deep VOC removal , ideal for demanding applications such as food packaging Compact two-stage system. Fewer components = fewer wearing parts Easy cleaning : the reactor and hopper are easily accessible Low maintenance costs : fewer motors, no vacuum degassing system Direct Italian management: quick spare parts and service Fewer filters, fewer sensors → less need for frequent calibration or replacement
